We are looking for 10 women who are committed to feeling comfortable in their own skin by getting fit and feeling powerful inside and out. Don't forget, this program is designed by females for females who will be with you every step of the way.
Our ladylike, warrior minds blended Martial Arts, Yoga, Strength & Conditioning training into a 8 session camp for a total mind/body transformation challenge. We will progressively focus on balance, coordination, agility and strength in a team vibe atmosphere.
As a World Class Judo & Jiu Jitsu fighter, I always loved diversity while training both indoors and outdoors. Since the weather will be getting nicer and we have plenty of land space, some training sessions will be held outdoors. We will also have periodic group trips to Ramapo Mountain, Hoboken NJ and possibly the beach to spice things up!
Isn't 90 days a long time? No, it is the first 12 weeks into your life transformation. This time will help you to adjust your daily living for long lasting effects resulting in a lifestyle change not just a fast fad. You will adapt to new physical demands, measure your progress and feel great just in time for summer. Still on the fence? We have 4 and 8 week options as well.
