This program offers an Introduction to the ABCs of Athleticism – Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed. This program also focuses on the child’s social and emotional development to provide a well-rounded experience.
Children in this age group are curious, highly socialized, and have an increasing ability to follow more complex directions. As their sense of independence and confidence emerges, they are able to perform more complex loco-motors skills and have increased social interactions.
Our sport lessons are designed with a meaningful progression from balance to more complex loco motor skills like agility. ChampFusion will guide the children to interact with each other and their coaches by showing respect, responsibility, fairness, and caring. Our coaches will support the children as they develop these life skills, with the expectation that they will become successful learners and possibly future athletes.

Preschool Teaching Standards for Health, Safety, and Physical Education:
- Self-help and personal hygiene skills
- Encourage nutritious food choices
- Observe potential hazards in the environment
- Movement skill development
It is understood that children develop at their own pace, so it’s impossible to tell exactly when they will learn a given skill. Since children have their own developmental time-table, normal range is much more important than average age. Only be concerned if children are beyond 90% of the normal range in most skills. Boys and girls differ as to when they perform certain skills.
Being early or late doesn’t matter – children’s bodies perform skills when they’re ready.
